I come across with varies challenges, but I was thankful that there were someone there that always support and care for me. She is not my family members nor friends, but she was my counsellor. Because of her my life changed, and she gave me the courage. Therefore, I was ended up becoming a counsellor. This is my passion and I always believe that support system bring courage to one's life for changes. Counselling give you a space insight to your thoughts, provide you a better understanding in yourself apparently this give you a place to explore into your feelings and situation you're in. I am practicing gestalt approach in my session as I believe that every human being is unique. Gestalt therapy focuses on helping clients gains awareness about self, his emotions and behaviour, his relationship with his community and how he establish contact with people in his community. I view my client as a whole person including their emotions, feelings and behaviours. For the past years, I have worked with at-risk youth (juvenil cases, addiction), adolescents, young adult and mental health patient that come across with Traumatic experiences, depression and etc.
