A Judgement Free Counselling Session

He was attentive, and took my words with care and always try to understand the situation I'm explaining before proceeding with any thoughts. He give the feel, like when I'm talking to someone, I'm not being judged. It's a nice and safe space to be in.

Feel open & relax after 1st session with GK

I felt much better after the session with GK. Language and communication may seem a bit challenging as GK tried to speak Malay and English at the same time as he is doing his best to make me understand what he was trying to say. I would prefer him to speak English through out the session. But overall I feel open and more relax.
