To reschedule your session, simply contact Bambi Support at least 24 hours before the session is scheduled to start. We’ll assist you in arranging a new time that works for both you and the counselor. Please note, if you fail to notify us within 24 hours or make last-minute changes (less than 24 hours before the session), the session will be chargeable as per the original booking.

Contact Bambi Support with the name of the counselor you’d like to switch to, and if their schedule aligns, the session will proceed with them. If there’s a price difference, you’ll either need to top up or the overpaid amount will be credited to your account for future bookings.
